Ever wondered how to attract new clients to your business?

Being a small business owner sometimes means "brainstorming" new ideas on your own. It's not only more fun but more productive to work with others if you can.  I came across this great mind map for ideas on attracting new clients to your business and building a long-term relationship. It's a lot easier to keep a happy customer than find new ones!

For example, 
Goal - Increase customer retention & repeat business by 20% 
Actions - Follow up each sale with a Thank You email and short customer feedback survey
          - Ask to add them to your email list and let them know when you launch a       new service, have a sale, employ a new staff member
          - If you collect their date of birth - send a birthday card and voucher to go towards their next purchase with you
